Joel Valente, Executive Chef

An accomplished chef joins the Haymarket Hilton Garden Inn from the renowned Inn at Little Washington, where he served as Chef Tournant. Valente oversees the Red House Tavern and Crossroads Café, which celebrates the fine food traditions of Virginia by elevating traditional dishes in an environment that makes all our guests feel welcome, special, and appreciated.
