Executive Chef, Chris Saunders
Chef Chris leads the kitchen at Red House Tavern with a seasonally inspired approach rooted in comfort food and refined technique. Drawing on his classical training and diverse culinary experience, he focuses on taking familiar dishes and elevating them through balance, thoughtful preparation, and the flavors of the season. His menus are shaped by experience, local sourcing, and a desire to create dishes that feel both approachable and memorable.
General Manager, Molly Davis
Molly brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience shaped by restaurants in Virginia, Richmond, and St. Croix. A graduate of Longwood University with a cosmetology degree, she began her career in restaurants while attending Fauquier High School and quickly discovered a passion for the fast-paced energy and connection that food and beverage create. Before joining the team, Molly spent eight years in St. Croix, where she managed and eventually owned a café and sandwich shop, after previously leading multiple restaurant concepts in Richmond, including a rooftop bar in the city’s downtown. Today, she is known for her positive, composed leadership style, her love of incorporating travel and beverage trends into the guest experience, and her passion for bringing people together through memorable food, drinks, and hospitality.
